Club Communications
One of the goals of YourCourts is to help communities and clubs easily share current and
relevant information to the members. The system provides this ability through
several communication methods
found within the site on the member home page
and/or within the Communications menu options.
The system administrators may use certain communication methods and turn others off, so you might see some differences compared to the what's described here.
Club/Community News
The Club/Community News panel on the member home page contains key information your
facility's administrators believe you'll benefit from seeing. From introductory information aimed at
new users to the latest updates on court maintenance
issues, upcoming clinics, or events, anything like this may be shared in the club news
section of the home page.
Member Directory
The Member Directory within YourCourts lists all the active
members and allows you to view a members's profile. The default view of the directory is
a set of profile cards (with a search option), but you can also click the small icon
in the upper right to switch to viewing the directory as a list.
When you click on a member profile card, a popup window displays the details of the member. Depending on the club settings and the settings for that omember, some fields may be shown while others may be kept private.
Club Documents
The administrator may upload documents that are important to the club to allow users to
download and view them. This might include instructions or guidelines specific to the
facility, information for new users, or signup forms for club-related activities. If any documents
are available, you can access them from the member home page or the Club Documents option under
the Communications menu.
Quick Links
Sometimes it's difficult to remember the web addresses (URLs) for certain
websites, especially if it's a site you don't use very often. If they choose, the
administrators can configure shortcuts to useful websites and they'll appear as options
under the Quick Links menu.
