Effective date: February 6, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 27, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using YourCourts. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use YourCourts.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YourCourts, Inc. ("YourCourts," "we," "our," or "us"), a company co-owned by Three Meadow LLC. By accessing or using any part of the YourCourts platform — including yourcourts.com and any associated applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you are accessing YourCourts on behalf of a club, homeowner association, university, park, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available through YourCourts (collectively, "Materials") are the copyrighted property of YourCourts, Inc. and Three Meadow LLC. All rights are reserved.

You may access and use the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your organization's active YourCourts subscription. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written permission.

YourCourts trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

3 Permitted Use

Access to the YourCourts platform is granted to members and administrators of organizations that hold an active YourCourts subscription. If your organization does not have an active subscription, you may not use the platform without our express written permission.

You agree to use YourCourts only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with:

4 Prohibited Conduct

When using YourCourts, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these prohibitions, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload through YourCourts ("User Content"), such as profile information, messages, or photos. By submitting User Content, you grant YourCourts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6 Waiver Feature

The waiver creation and signing feature provided by YourCourts is offered for administrative convenience only and does not constitute legal advice.

YourCourts provides tools that allow organizations to create and collect digital waivers from members and guests. These tools are intended to simplify your administrative workflow, not to serve as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

We strongly recommend that you consult a licensed attorney to review any waivers you create before using them. The enforceability of waivers varies by jurisdiction and circumstance. YourCourts makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal validity or enforceability of any waiver created or signed through the platform and assumes no liability for any legal disputes arising from their use.

7 Payments & Taxes

YourCourts provides tools that allow organizations to collect payments from members for reservations, events, and other services. Organizations using these payment features are solely responsible for:

YourCourts does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional if you have questions about your tax obligations.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE YOURCOURTS PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOURCOURTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the platform or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the platform is done at your own discretion and risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOURCOURTS, INC., ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ALL CASES, YOURCOURTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YOURCOURTS FOR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by discontinuing your use of the platform and, where applicable, by closing your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YourCourts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if your organization's subscription has lapsed, or if we discontinue the platform.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of YourCourts after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
