Those measures are at or above acceptabled industry standards used for secure web sites. We maintain an "A" rating with "Qualys SSL Labs SSL Server Test".

YourCourts makes use of browser cookies to provide the Service. For a detailed explanation of cookies, please see YourCourts uses browser cookies to uniquely identify each user. These cookies are created when you login to the Service. The "session cookie" is required for access to the Service; YourCourts uses this cookie to ensure each Member sees the appropriate Content. The session cookie is temporary and expires when you logout of the Service. In addition, each Member may opt-in to create a "persistent cookie" using the "Remember Me" automatic login feature. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time and is removed when you explicitly logout from the Service, or when it expires. The expiration date for persistent cookies is 90 days from the cookie creation date.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
