What information do we collect?

We collect registration information from you when you register on the site. When registering on the site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name and e-mail address. Other information such as mailing address or phone number is optional and not required to use the site.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience for reservations or to better respond to your individual needs
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To allow you access to a unique account for your club/community for the purpose of court reservations and other general needs.
  • To send emails regarding court reservation confirmations or other emails from your club as needed
  • The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by your club or community.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. Those measures are at or above acceptabled industry standards used for secure web sites. We maintain an "A" rating with "Qualys SSL Labs SSL Server Test".

Do we use cookies?

YourCourts makes use of browser cookies to provide the Service. For a detailed explanation of cookies, please see http://www.epic.org/privacy/internet/cookies. YourCourts uses browser cookies to uniquely identify each user. These cookies are created when you login to the Service. The "session cookie" is required for access to the Service; YourCourts uses this cookie to ensure each Member sees the appropriate Content. The session cookie is temporary and expires when you logout of the Service. In addition, each Member may opt-in to create a "persistent cookie" using the "Remember Me" automatic login feature. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time and is removed when you explicitly logout from the Service, or when it expires. The expiration date for persistent cookies is 90 days from the cookie creation date.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
