our story

The story behind the platform

YourCourts was founded by two Georgia Tech engineers who saw firsthand how fragmented and frustrating court booking software had become for clubs, HOAs, and communities alike. Too many platforms were overpriced, unreliable, or built for enterprise budgets with no regard for the small-to-mid-size clubs and community associations that make up the heart of recreational tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport facilities across North America.

We set out to build something different — a platform that covers the full lifecycle of managing a shared sports facility: reservations, memberships, events, teams, payments, and communications, all in one place, at a price that actually makes sense. Since launch, YourCourts has grown to serve clubs, HOAs, community associations, universities, and park systems nationwide, handling millions of reservations and supporting communities of all sizes.

We're proudly independent — no outside investors, no acquisition plans, and no quarterly earnings targets pulling our attention away from the product. The only stakeholders we answer to are the communities and players who use YourCourts every day.

At YourCourts, we believe great software should be matched by equally great service. Our goal has always been to deliver a powerful, affordable platform — and then stand behind it in a way that's increasingly rare. We answer the phone. We return calls. We respond to emails. It sounds simple, because it is — we treat our customers the way we'd want to be treated ourselves, and that commitment is at the heart of everything we do.
